This is in some ways relating to the previous post in that what is actually missing is a running total column in the individual bank account sheet - should be really easy to do. This tells you what the balance would be at any particular time - very important if you don't want to go overdrawn and you have many regular payments going out. Regualar payments be inserted as accruals and you can see the balance at any time not just at the end of the period.
