Problem while creating a second account

Hi,

I downloaded your plug-in and created one account. I just followed the on-screen prompts without any problems. Things however started getting interesting when I went ahead and attempted to create a second account. Just following the onscreen prompts I filled in all the account details. When I clicked "Ok" I get a dialog box with an error message that says "Method '~' of object '~' failed (enACCreateRenameAccountSheet)". I tried creating the same accounts in a different order, by this what I mean is, I created account 1 first and then attempted to create account 2. No go. I created account 2 and then tried to create account 1. Again no go.

The second account, whatever type it is, just doesn't get created and all I see in the spreadsheet is a blank row. I think you guys might have a small glitch that needs to be fixed here. Let me know if you need me to troubleshoot anything else for you.

OS: Windows XP SP2
Microsoft Excel 2007
No MS Visual Studio installed (I don't think this should be necessary if your program is just an excel add-in)

Thanks a lot for your post. I have sent you an email asking to send over the spreadsheet where problem happens to support(at)arixcel.com. We haven't seen such a problem before, so need to see the spreadsheet to understand why it happens. Please delete any sensitive information from it, if there is any.

Hi Igor,

I have emailed the spreadsheet to your "reply-to" address in your email that you had sent me.

Like I mentioned in my response, this problem doesn't appear to be an isolated issue just with Office 2007. I have installed the Arixcel plug-in on my work laptop as well, which runs Office 2003. So if you want me to run some more tests, please let me know and i'll be happy to do so.

Prashanth, as I mentioned in my email, the problem is now resolved in version 1.26 of Arixcel Accounts.
