It leaves it for you to ensure that all monetary values in the accounting spreadsheet are in one consistent currency. If you have bank accounts in different currencies, you should create different accounting spreadsheets and account for them separately.

You can use it for as long as you like, there is no time limit. The trial version limitations do not affect the key functionality, so we hope that you can get to know the program really well before deciding whether to buy it or not.

Yes, you can always upgrade for free to any future release of Arixcel Accounts simply by downloading and installing it on top of your existing installation. The activation status of the existing version is always preserved.

This is usually not a problem. You can always split a big spreadsheet into several small ones (e.g. yearly) and back up the old ones as required. This is achieved by shortening the time range of the spreadsheet, which has an effect of deleting all redundant transactions and moving their effects into the opening balances. Refer to the section 'Setting the time range' in the user documentation for more details.

You can, but please keep in mind that it was not designed for that purpose. For proper business accounting you would normally need to distinguish between debits and credits of transactions. This makes little sense for personal finances and is not supported in Arixcel Accounts.

However, we think that the program may be useful for keeping track of money for small not-for-profit organisations.

Simply install the new version on top of your old one. The licence of the old installation is always preserved.
